The hotel is spacious & clean, as well as the rooms. The staff is very nice & helpful. We arrived before the usual check-in time, so they stored our luggage, so we could do our trips & explore the city till the check-in time. Upon return, the luggage was already moved to the room. Breakfast is nice as well.

Very kids friendly. Received a little welcome bag for our son with toys and shower things. Location very good since far enough from the crowds of tourists to enjoy some peace but still close enough to several attractions to walk there.

English Review: I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Barcelona. The room had excellent air conditioning that worked non-stop, which made it very comfortable during the hot days. The bathroom was spotless and well-maintained, and the hotel staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location was also perfect – just a short walk to the metro and bus stations, which made getting around the city super easy. I also appreciated how quiet the hotel was at night, and the check-in process was fast and smooth. Overall, I had a great experience and felt safe, relaxed, and well taken care of. Definitely recommend it and would stay here again without hesitation!

The hotel is exceptionally nice and clean. It is located on the main street, close to the bus station and the metro, making it very easy to reach from the airport. The room is spacious and well equipped. The rooftop pool is small, but just enough for some afternoon relaxation. Towels are provided by the hotel at the pool. We were given a better room at no extra charge. The hotel was quiet — there was no noise from neighboring rooms or from the hallway. The staff are very friendly. When we checked out, we didn’t even have to ask to leave our luggage until our flight — they were already prepared to store it in the luggage room.

I liked how central it is and how i can easily go to La Rambla and many more, many metros nearby making it easier to travel, the room was just enough not too big not too small for just a couple. Staff were amazing so nice and kind and also really safe as you’ll find security in the lobby all night.

The room was comfortable and though it was road facing the room was quiet and outside noise did not disturb. There was two televisions in the room , one could be accessed from the bed and the other in the separate alcove where a sofa was provided. The bathroom was spacious with a separate bath tub and a shower area. Good toiletries were provided and the towels and bedsheets changed every day.

A very nice hotel in a great location. We walked almost everywhere, 30 minutes to the main square and waterfront. There are several restaurants and bakeries nearby as well as a fruit stand and a laundromat just around the corner. THe bathroom was very attractive and the bed was comfortable.The staff was very friendly and Ami was particularly helpful and sweet, giving us ideas of where to eat and how to get to various sites.

Amazing hotel, friendly and pleasant staff, great amenities like the pool, water, coffee. It was a welcoming oasis after a tiring day dull of site-seeing. Superb location, centrally located and not in a too touristy area, and close proximatey to metro couldn't be more perfect. The breakfast was also excellent the one day we had it. The staff also surprised my boyfriend with a special gift on his birthday!! Wow!

The concierge man has been the best. He helped me from the moment he saw me unloading my motorbike, then after to the garage and when I left as well. I cannot say the same about other staff that maybe was a bit too young and provided non satisfactory answers to me. The room was very confy but there was a problem with the keys (it was not working properly and they had to change it 4 times in 2 days). All the rest was ok
